These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") regulate your access to and use of the resell rights digital product (“The Freedom Formula") offered by The Freedom Formula LLC ("we," "us," or “our").

By accessing or utilizing the Product, you consent to adhere to this Agreement. If you disagree with these terms, you are advised not to use the Product.

License Grant:

We provide you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to employ, and distribute the Product in line with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

This license remains valid for as long as you hold the resell rights to the Product.

Termination of License:

We maintain the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Product at our discretion, without prior notification, if we determine a breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Product and delete any materials of the Product in your possession.

Intellectual Property Rights:

The Product, encompassing its content, design, logos, trademarks, and any related materials, is safeguarded by intellectual property laws and remains the sole property of The Freedom Formula LLC. You recognize that your ownership is limited to the resell rights as granted in this Agreement.

Indemnification Clause:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and absolve us of responsibility against any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) that arise from your use of the Product, breach of any term in this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.

Comprehensive Agreement:

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and The Freedom Formula LLC regarding the Product's use, superseding all previous agreements, whether written or oral.

Modifications to the Agreement:

The Freedom Formula LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Product post-update signifies your acceptance of the amendments. Regular review of these terms and conditions is your responsibility.
